Real name: Trevor Rowan
Strongman was a founding member of the Virgin Prunes along with his brother Derek (Guggi). He and Dave-id Busaras were the only two members to remain with the group for its entire existence and both went on to record as The Prunes (2) with Mary D'Nellon.
