Born in Düsseldorf 1957. Studied music in Graz, Austria. Started as a jazz/jazz-rock musician and later free jazz. He Then traveled to India in 1981 and went into the experiences of meditation. Through the contact with the Indian music culture his understanding of music widened. From the interaction of sound and meditative silence he developed his musical style as a musician releasing spiritual, sensitive music for relaxing and meditation.
