American session guitarist and songwriter, born November 6, 1963 and died on October 24, 2020.J.T. was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, played with Jean Shepard, Joe Stampley, Moe Bandy, David Lee Murphy, and others and was the inspiration for the song "Live Like You Were Dying"
