Erik Balling
Danish film director (1924-2005), the grand old man in Danish film comedy from the 50's and half a century on, directing such classics as the 13 Olsen Banden films, "Midt Om Natten" and the TV-series "Matador"and "Huset på Christianshavn".
In 1950 he translated the lyrics for the Danish version of Disney's "Cindarella"
