Ida Jacoba Gilkens (1902-01-10 - 1987-07-01) was a Dutch seamstress who became a broadcasting pioneer giving DIY fashion courses on the wireless. At a certain point her fashion academy had 15 branches in the Netherlands. She married Lucien de Leeuw in 1923, changing her familyname to his. Registered as the first Dutch woman with a driving license.
