Born Woodlands, California.
He charted twice as a songwriter and singer/performer with "The Party Starts When I'm with You" (1983, #21 dance, #77 R&B) (co-written by Bill Pfordresher) and "I Need Your Loving" (1987, #84 R&B). He also assembled and produced Danielle, a female disco trio from the 1980's.
He began his own label Rudini Records in 1984. Also associated with Rudini, Inc., Rubotics Entertainment, and Hookology Music.
