Acoustix is the Barbershop Harmony Society's 1990 International Quartet Champion. The only barbershop quartet in the last 35 years to win the gold on their very first try in the international quartet contest. They have appeared on several different TV show with several celebrities such as the Statler Brothers and the Gaither Vocal Band.
