Dutch actor and director, born in 1961 in Haarlem, mostly known from his appearance in the 1974 youth series Q en Q (Q and Q).Later, he played in several, mostly Dutch films (also in A Bridge Too Far) and television series.
From the 1990's, Van Wout is mostly active as a director of television shows.
