Steve Goulding

Real name: Stephen Anthony Goulding

London-born drummer who now lives in the United States.

1975 - 1981: Played in The Rumour, the band of Graham Parker.
1981 - 1982: Recorded & toured with Garland Jeffreys (Escape Artist album)
1983 - 1984: Member of Gang Of Four until their split.
1985 - 1991 / 1993 - ...: Member of The Mekons.

He also recorded & played with artists like Elvis Costello, Nick Lowe (with whom he wrote the song 'I Love The Sound Of Breaking Glass), Dave Edmunds, The Cure, The Associates, Paul Haig, Poi Dog Pondering, Archer Prewitt, The Waco Brothers, Megan Reilly, Laura Cantrell & Richard Buckne.
He did a TV appearance with David Bowie, with whom he also toured, & featured in a videoclip of Roxy Music. Furthermore he toured with Lene Lovich & Thompson Twins.
