Sui Generis’s sound is born from a love of underground London basement raves such as Jaded at (Cable) and Fuse (93 Feet East). His music draws as much inspiration from those hedonistic parties as it draws from the early foundations of soulful Chicago house music and dark, techno influences from Detroit.

Sui is receiving early support from key figures in the scene such as Jackmaster (Numbers) and Eats Everything, in addition to Skream, who included a number of Sui Generis tracks in his recent Miami mix compilation together with house veteran Pete Tong on Defected Records.

He will release the debut single on his own imprint label Mansion Music in early April.
