Eddie Wilser

Real name: Edward Wilser

Effective period / Period of releases: 1958 - 1966

American pianist, cornet pand trumpet player and songwriter.
He and his sister Terry were billed as "The Trumpet Twins" and played the vaudeville circuit for 16 years, appearing at theaters such as New York's famous Palace Theater. They played with the orchestras of Harry James, Guy Lombardo, Tommy Dorsey, Paul Whiteman and many others.
When his sister traded her horn in for the family life, Eddie switched to the piano, an instrument he took up at the age of eleven. He played with bands such as Louis Prima's before joining up with the Russ Morgan orchestra.
He played the seldom-heard slide trumpet.
