Swedish actress famed for her role as Pippi Långstrump (Pippi Longstocking) in the original Swedish TV series (1969) and later occasional singer, born May 4th, 1959 in Kisa.

She is currently working as a secretary in Stockholm though she occasionally acts. In 2000 she appeared in the film "Gripsholm", In 2007 she appeared a German TV crime series ”Der Kommissar und das Meer”. In 2009 she was a celebrity contestant on the reality show "Kändisdjungeln". Still, as a singer she's most famous for singing on the theme song for Pippi Longstocking, not known to many a composition by Swedish jazz pianist Jan Johansson.
