Australian shoegaze / indie rock band, based in Adelaide. The Sunbirds were founded by Jamie Seyfang in 2010 as activities with his previous bands began to lull with Seyfang recording some demos. These demos attracted enough interest to pull a real band together in 2011. That year saw a number of line-up arrangements, as the band found its feet. It is currently settled on a five piece with some members coming from other Adelaide bands including The Aves, Ride Into The Sun and Birds of a Feather.

Current members: Jamie Seyfang (Guitar, Vocals), Christopher Hocking (Guitar, Bass), Jackie Lau (Keyboards, Electronics), Jake Haysman (Bass), Jess Zubkevych (Drums). Previous member: Florentina Pergoleto (Drums, Vocals).
