Real name: David Greenberg

David Greenberg is both a baroque violinist and a traditional fiddler, orignally from Maryland, USA. He studied baroque violin with Stanley Ritchie at Indiana University's Early Music Institute, and moved to Canada in 1988 to join the Toronto-based Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra. Greenberg has performed with Apollo's Fire (Cleveland's baroque orchestra), the Seattle Baroque Orchestra, BaroQuébec, and the Toronto Consort. Since moving to Halifax in 2000, David has helped to found the Tempest baroque ensemble.
