Bluthner-Hupfeld Player Piano

Bluthner-Hupfeld Player Piano is a German automatic reproducing piano from 1913 in the Mechanical Music and Doll Collection museum in Chichester, England. The Blüthner piano is equipped with an 88-note Hupfeld pedal-operated mechanism, produced by Ludwig Hupfeld (1864—1949), one of the largest manufacturers of automatic musical instruments in the early XX century. He introduced several different automatic piano systems, including DEA and Triphonola mounted on various upright and grand pianos from Rönisch, Blüthner, Grotrian-Steinweg, Lipp, Schiedmayer, and other brands.
