Formed in 1996 and originally from Uusikaupunki, the band later relocated to Turku, Finland. They started out playing a form of melancholic death/folk metal, but their style evolved into guitar-driven and atmospheric rock, with a metallic edge. Split up in 2007.In 2019, Jussi Hänninen formed Autumnfall, which is an unofficial continuation to Fall of the Leafe's first two albums,
