Bernardo Devlin is a singer-songwriter from Lisbon, Portugal. His artistic name was suggested by Telectu's mastermind, Jorge Lima Barreto. Friend of André Maranha and David Maranha, he was a member of experimental drone cult band Osso Exótico, recording with them the first three albuns (1991-1993). Since 1994 Bernardo Devlin has been recording solo records in a crooner minimalistic yet elegant style.
