By education, Vladimir Petrovsky is a musician (class of percussion instruments). He graduated from the guide course, where he got acquainted with the history of bells and bell ringing.
In 1986, in his native Arkhangelsk, Vladimir Maryanovich tried himself as a ringer. In many ways, this first impression determined the purpose of his life.
