Quicksilver Cooley was closely associaty rapper Black A.G., producing almost entirely all his albums & with whom he released in 1995 the classic "Tell The Truth".

Quicksilver Cooley also provided in the early 90's some beats to a young Twista who went by the name Tung Twista.

He recorded a full length album between 1996 & 1998 entitled "The CHA Project" but it stayed unreleased until 2017. The promo version of an EP recorded with an emcee named LP (who's featured several times on "The CHA Project") also came out in 1999...

Don't know if he's still recording but it seems Quicksilver Cooley relocated to Minneapolis, MN...
