Known also as "La Voz Romántica Del Paraguay".He is author of the songs "Mucho más" (1957); "Que lindo amor", "Cuando pienses en mi" y "Sonríe muchachita" with Rubén Enciso Yegros; "A lar orilla del mar" with his son Fernando Rivas (5); "Viviré pensando en tí" and others.
Died on April 09, 2020 aged 89.
