Australian John Rowland has been recording sound for over thirty years. Brother of Bruce Rowland (2) and photographer Graeme Rowland In the seventies he ran The Barge Studios in London for Virgin. Built on a Barge on London's Regent Canal it's work was known all over the world. During those times John also recorded at many of London's studios including Abbey Road. He was based in London between 1975 and 1986.

He is the founder of Rowland Productions, one of the most successful radio post production / recording studios in Australia.
