Bob Blaize is a jazz motivated musician, he plays around with everything from keyboards to flute to drums. Blaize studied tabla with Hariha Roa for three years, learning and playing traditional Indian rhythms. The discipline of learning a highly traditional form of music has enriched his concepts of exploratory improvisation.
