Francisco Domingues (born c. 1908), also known as "Xico Bioleiro", was a Portuguese peasant from the remote village of Paradela, Miranda do Douro. Possessor of an uncommon memory, he allied to an inexhaustible vein the veritable nature of an improviser, a quality that placed him among the last and authentic popular poet-singers of Portugal.
