Manic was born in 1933 in Pirot, southern Serbia, and arrived in Skopje in 1951 at the age of 18 to study history. His talent for music, but also for acting, was noticed in his student days in his hometown, so he continued to sing as a student. The first song he recorded for Radio Skopje in 1956 was "Indiana" by Dragan Gjakonovski - Spato. It has a rich discography with 524 recorded songs, which is one of our most productive singers. Lately, he has been engaged in writing a book about his rich life, which, as he reveals to us, will be called "Life dedicated to music".
