Joseph Barnes
Real name: John Joseph Barnes
Australian tenor (b. London c.1916 -Came to Australia aged 8. Joined Humphrey Bishop's radio programmes on radio 2CH and became a permanent member of the AWA Light Opera Company in 1942. Later a member of The Four Guardsmen and worked with Bob Dyer, George Wallace and on the Colgate-Palmolive Show between 1948 and 1952.
