Real name: Andrew Lewis Brenner

Andrew Brenner is an American-born English scriptwriter, producer, musician and songwriter. He is best known for being the head writer for Thomas & Friends between 2010-2019. He has worked as head writer or script editor on: The Cramp Twins, Maisy Mouse, Fireman Sam and Pablo. He was also the creator (and wrote all episodes) of the popular Nick Jr. show Humf. He started off in the industry as a writer for children's comic books in the 1980's and 1990's including such well-known brands as Count Duckula, Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends (many stories were adapted without Brenner's consent, or credit being given, into episodes of the television series), Fireman Sam, Scooby Doo, The Care Bears, Tom and Jerry and TUGS.

Born: 7th February 1961 in Key West, Florida, USA.
