Real name: Glendall Wayne Gettings

Guitar player and songwriter. Originally from Carlsbad, New Mexico. Settled in Orlando, Florida in the mid-1970's with his band The Gettings Brothers Band, which included his brother Tommy Gettings. The brothers started a production company called Gettings Productions, which also operated a home studio. In 1982, the production company built a new facility in Ocoee, Florida (initially called Gettings Brothers, Inc, and later is Gettings Productions, Inc). The Ocoee facility uses the trade name Starke Lake Studios, which Gen Gettings operates with his wife Kelly Gettings
