Silver Screen is the recording project of Cris Miller, a "one-man prodigy/genius" from Los Angeles, CA. Miller provides all of the instrumentation and vocals for the band, as well as engineering and production. The All Music Guide compared Miller to Todd Rundgren and Death Cab for Cutie. Miller was formerly involved in the indie rock projects Froxel, Lindero, and Melodyguild.
