Real name: Danny Maurice Beckerman

Pianist, songwriter and producer. Originally from London, UK. Moved to Australia after 9/11, where he died in 2006.

While working as a staff songwriter at Morgan Music, formed Fortes Mentum, in 1966, as a way of getting his music heard.
Originally Danny didn't want to be part of the band (wanting only to be the band's songwriter) but as they all got on well together the other guys persuaded him to join the group

After a falling out with band vocalist, Frank Bennett, he exited the band (that he had founded), and returned to songwriting.

In 1969, he wrote, arranged, and produced for Pussy (2)'s LP, Pussy Plays
