Manuel Enrique Obregón López (born October 4, 1961 in San José, Costa Rica), is a composer, producer and a figure of Costa Rican culture. He has extensive experience in instruments such as piano, marimba, keyboards and accordion and even plays unusual instruments from different Latin American regions.

He is also the author of more than 20 albums as soloist, producer and guest musician; among them, he participated with the popular rock band Café Con Leche, between 1991 and 1994.

In addition for being a well-known musician, he also had a career in politics as the Minister of Culture and Youth of Costa Rica in the government period of Laura Chinchilla Miranda (2010-2014).
