Real name: Curtis Rodgers

American soul label owner, songwriter and producer from Grand Rapids, MI. Co-founded the labels Hot Line Music Journal Records, Natural Soul Incorporated, Grand Land and Wood City with Palmer James , who released their high school friend Al Green's early singles. During high school, Curtis was a member of a group called The Enchanters, an R & B group who were in desperately in need of a lead singer.
