JMZM (Josip Maršić & Zoran Medved) are an electroacoustic duo from Rijeka, Croatia. Their work is focused on Sound — it's physical, psychic and emotional properties. They conceive of Sound as a self-contained aesthetic molecule, a state of liminal density from which music sometimes emerges, and sometimes does not. In their live performances, as well as music and sound design for film and theatre, JMZM are constantly exploring the thin line between sound and music.
