Members: Maciej Koszczuk, Mirosław Trzciński

After Milano's founder Andrzej Borowski moved to USA in 2000 and continues to front Milano there, in 2007 Cezary Kulesza (owner of Green Star) created a new band under the same moniker due to having legal rights to the name.
The band does not include any members of Milano.

The lineup since 2009 is due to an agreement between the label and Tomasz Sidoruk (member of the first Milano lineup).
