Croatian composer, arranger, conductor, and producer, born in Belgrade (1930), died in Zagreb (2006). Composer of a long line of chart successes for many artists, most notably Tereza Kesovija. Involved as a conductor in the Eurovision Song Contest on five occasions, leading the orchestra for Yugoslavia's only winning entry, 'Rock me' by Riva, in 1989. Brother of Stipica Kalogjera. Husband of Ljupka Dimitrovska.
