Barney teamed-up with Robert Calvert and Inner City Unit to create an unclassifiable album where, for side 1 he played a mix-tape of his to the others and they had to re-create what they'd just heard in one take. Side 2 is a collage of sound effects with surreal narrative that somehow draws in Wagner, Ludwig of Bavaria, Hitler and the saucy reminiscences of Eva Braun all together.
