Biography

Greta Merli
Singer and songwriter, born in Livorno (1983). She has studied piano, music theory and classical guitar at Puccini Conservatory (La Spezia) and Cherubini Conservatory (Firenze). She has also studied modern guitar, piano and singing; jazz harmony and improvisation; and songwriting and composition, with artists such as Simone Ricci, Stef Burns, Massimo Varini, Giacomo Castellano, and Marco Meriggio, among others.
She has worked with musicians such as Davide Chelli, Mauro Vedovi, Giles Foster, Aurora Lunare, Elisa Arcamone, and Luca Faggella. Among her projects they can be highlighted: Honky Tonk Girlz (acoustic duo with singer Serena Suffredini), Missteryke (female rock group), and "Mille idee per un pensiero" (music show which also involves dance, photography, humour and audiovisuals).
