Real name: James Cirrito

Reggae and dancehall musician and songwriter in Tucson, Arizona. Cirrito was born in the Bronx, NY in 1959. He began playing bass while growing up in Woodstock. New York, where he played with various jazz and blues bands. In 1980, Cirrito started the reggae band Reggae Rockers. He also played with reggae drummer Winston Grennans before moving to Tucson in 1984 and joining local reggae band Neon Prophets in 1986.
He has also performed under the name Yankee Rebel / Yankie Rebel.
