Michal Kahan, a former member of The Wetbones (90's Israeli Garage band), released her first Self Titled record in 1999, including some of her older material. Whilst unifying a new line-up and working on her sophomore release, Michal performed in many local clubs and became renowned for her energetic, potent, and sensual live act. In 2003, her second record, "Baby Escapo", saw the light of day- based entirely on the spirit of Michal's origin - the Spanish language.
In 2003 Kahan joined forces with Charlie Megira, as the Hefker Girl, and put out his second record, "Rock'n'Roll Fragments", along with him.
