Real name: Turbo

Effective period / Period of releases: 1995

Turbo was a South Korean, Kpop duet turned 3-member group that gained popularity in the 1990s. They formed in 1994 and debuted in 1995 by Star Music as a duet consisting of members Kim Jong-kook and Kim Jung-nam. Turbo was originally created to rival against Deux, who were another Kpop duet that was popular around that time. In 1997, Kim Jung-nam left and was replaced by Mikey until their disbanding in 2001. They reunited in 2015 by going on tour around Korea and releasing a mini album, but as a three-member group with all original members.
