Real name: Bruno Carlo Oggioni

Dr. Shiver is the stage name of Bruno Carlo Oggioni.

He began learning piano as a self-taught when he was 5 and, then, he studied Hammond organ, keyboards, harp and synthesizers. He performed along with both Italian and international artists, such as Pharrell Williams, Lucio Dalla, Mike Larson, Shapov, Claudio Cecchetto, Angelo Branduardi, Marvin Floyd, Little Louie Vega, Ray Bryant[2] and B.B. King. He performed in Europe in occurrences like the La Maddalena Music Festival, the Ascona Jazz Festival, the Noto Blues Festival, the Lago Maggiore Jazz Festival. With a classical, jazz and blues background, he then approached dance, pop and R&B music and began his career as a producer and songwriter. In 2002, Dr. Shiver conceived Art&Music Recording, independent dance record label and recording studio based in Italy, offering audio/video/web and graphical services.[3] In 2009 he produced the single Tu Vida by Keyla Espinoza that was broadcast live in the entire nation during the Festival Show with more than 2 millions viewers and more than 30 thousands people attending the event. in 2012 he discovered and signed the Russian trio Serebro with their multi platinum record Mama Lover.[4] Together with his production trio Doc M.C., Dr. Shiver has released several dance singles. The song Catch Me was presented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013, and most of their Progressive House tracks have reached high positions in the Beatport charts. Dr. Shiver gained full support from many fellow international DJs, such as Martin Garrix, W&W, Afrojack, Nicky Romero, Fedde Le Grand, Danny Ávila, John Christian, Sander Van Doorn, David Guetta, Avicii, Shapov and R3hab. In september 2015, after the historic 1992 version by Frankie Knuckles, Dr. Shiver has released the first official and authorized remix of You Got The Love by Candi Staton. Dr. Shiver has been chosen as Music Producer of the Italian Talent Show TOP DJ (Sky Italia and Italia 1) throughout all editions arranging, sound designing, mixing and mastering all the broadcast tracks. In the 2016 edition, he has worked with the show supergroup, composed by Federico Poggipollini, Sergio Carnevale, Marco Castellani, Andy Fumagalli e Alex Uhlmann.[5] His single 'You Got The Love' has been included in the soundtrack of the TomorrowWorld 2015 Official Aftermovie.

On July, 21st 2017 Dr. Shiver performed at Tomorrowland in Belgium, one of the most famous EDM festivals in the world. Also, on the 8th of September 2017, he released "Something" on Nicky Romero's Protocol Recordings. Due to the warm reception of public and critics, the track was followed by an Unplugged version, released on Protocol on December, 21st 2017.
