テレヴァペ (Televape) is a vaporwave collaborative project between Telepath テレパシー能力者 and Jeff Cardinal (aka Vaperror, which lends this project its name.) It should be noted that the spelling of テレヴァペ is pronounced tey-rey-vah-pey; テレヴェープ would be pronounced like "televape".
