Rêve Général is a multi-national seven-piece (members hail from five different countries) imagined in 2012 and formed in 2014 by drummer Guigou Chenevier as the reunion of his former band Volapük and Metamorphosis (12). Since Volapük's saxophonist Michel Mandel finally decided not to participate to this project, Rêve Général ended up being a full stringed band (two celli, two violins, two guitars) with one drum kit.
