Swedish singer, born 9 October 1903 on Vinga, died 9 August 1997 in Gothenburg.

Taube trained as a sea captain and worked as a pilot for 33 years. Only in the 1980s did he debut as an artist and appeared on stage as well as on radio and television, after which he recorded two albums with interpretations of his older brother Evert's songs. Gösta Taube is buried in the Western cemetery in Gothenburg.

He was the brother of Evert Taube.
