Real name: Naseem Akhtar
Naseem Banu (daughter of Chhamiya / Shamshad Bai of Dilli) was mother of Saira Bano.Naseem was called 'Pari chehra' She appeared on the scene around 1941 and sang under direction of almost all music directors till 1947 when she had migrated to Pakistan.
