Gutchugger are an American death metal band activated by Xavier, who wrote & recorded the full-length Gutchugger - Gutchugger demo in 1994 as a one man project. A second demo called "Unhealed Cuts" was released in 1996, followed by the EP Gutchugger - Dominion in 1997. Xavier recruited lyricist/vocalist Michelé and drummer/guitarist Kilmour to help him write and record the 1998 full-length Gutchugger - Amputee. The 2015 compilation Gutchugger - Gutchugger: Deluxe Remastered Edition collects the original demos, the "Dominion" EP, and a remixed & remastered version of Gutchugger - Gutchugger. The project is currently active and recording new material.
