Real name: Stacy Dee Blair
1954-2010. Blind from birth, Stacy’s lifetime accomplishments included winning the Maurice Andre International Trumpet Solo Competition in Parisin 1979, and being inducted into the International Hall of Fame for Persons with Disabilities in 1988.
