Roomsa is a live, original house/deep soul band featuring vocalist and songwriter Lady Sarah (Lady and the Katz) and producer/musician/DJ Jason Heinrichs (Anomaly/Brother Sun Sister Moon). Combining soulful vocals and funky, organic rhythms, Roomsa has completed major releases on Aphrodisio Records, Salted Music with Miguel Migs, and collaborated with Gene Farris on Defected, Farris Wheel and Soma Records.

Originally from Chicago, Lady Sarah grew up singing and writing gospel music, which stems from her family's spiritual roots. Lady later studied classical, pop, and jazz vocal performance and theory at Northern Illinois University and Columbia College, enhancing her natural gift by developing unique vocals and the ability to be versatile with a soulful sound.

Jason is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, remixer and DJ in Minneapolis. Proficient with bass, keyboards, guitar and percussion, Jason graduated at the top of his class from Berklee College of Music in Boston in film scoring and music synthesis production.
