In the mid-1940s, an instrumental and vocal group, composed of Cliff Jackson (piano), George "Tiger" Haynes (guitar) and Wilson Myers (bass), played at Cafe Society, New York - the group eventually was billed as "Plink, Plank And Plunk." A "Plink, Plank And Plunk" trio (similar personnel?) recorded for Decca Records in 1944.
