Real name: Wilhelm Julius Berger
German cellist, born July 7, 1880 in Altona, Germany and died September 16, 1947 in Hamburg, Germany.Worked mainly at radio stations in Berlin and Hamburg and recorded for Beka, Parlophon/Parlophone, Homocord and Tri-Ergon from 1912 onwards.
Not to be confused with Julius Berger, German cellist, born 1954 in Augsburg.
