Members: Vladimir Verbitsky
One of the oldest symphony orchestras in Russia. It was founded in 1925 by conductor Dmitry Ashkharumov.Since 1972, it has been under the direction of Vladimir Verbitsky.
In 1995, it was awarded the title of "academic" and recognized as one of the leading regional orchestras in Russia.
